Talented director Kim Sang Hin (Attack the Gas Station ) and actor Cha Seung Won previously joined forces for the comedy Jail Breakers, and now they take viewers on a very different thrill ride. Actress Jang Seo Hee (My Captain, Mr. Underground) makes her silver screen debut in the hilariously funny Ghost House. Park Pil Gi (Cha Seung Won, Small Town Rivals) has always dreamt of having his own house. He is overjoyed when he finally finds a unique house by the sea. However, Park soon discovers that things are not as rosy as he would like them to be as the original owner, a female ghost (Jang Seo Hee), is trying her very best to kick him out of his newfound home.

忙碌的上班族明碁(車承元飾)努力賺錢，夢想有朝一日能擁有屬於自己的房子，某日他終於達成此願望能擁有一個屬於自己的窩。明碁要讓全世界人知道他成功置產的喜悅，但另一方面離奇怪事正陸續發生。

明碁搬到新居的第一天，廚房的餐具無緣無故浮在空中，梳妝台又突然襲擊他，連電視機裡都有貞子爬出，警告他快點搬走。極度怕鬼的明碁被嚇得魂不附體，只好搬到旅館暫住，趕緊報警告訴鄰居新居鬧鬼事件。然而眾人早已知道明碁的陰宅裡住著女鬼楊華(張瑞姬飾)，女鬼楊華為等待老公回家，於是長期在新婚之前蓋的房子裡等待。

膽小鬼明碁不甘心新居被楊華佔據，決定展開一場「人鬼大戰」的搶救家園計劃…
